Refund Policy

  • All sales are final once digital content is delivered/downloaded.

  • Exceptions only for:

    • Duplicate purchases

    • Unauthorized/fraudulent transactions

    • Technical issues preventing access (if you can’t resolve them).

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. In certain cases, additional time may be granted at the sole discretion of management.

  • Must include: Proof of issue required (e.g., error screenshots, duplicate order number).
