Refund Policy

All sales are final once digital content is delivered/downloaded.

Exceptions only for:

• Duplicate purchases

• Unauthorized/fraudulent transactions

• Technical issues preventing access (if you can’t resolve them).

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. In certain cases, additional time may be granted at the sole discretion of management.

Must include: Proof of issue required (e.g., error screenshots, duplicate order number).
